Niagara’s Courtland Valley Estates
Langendoen Homes built a selection of bungalow homes at Courtland Valley Estates in picturesque St. David’s, just minutes from the old town of Niagara-on-the-Lake. These highly popular bungalows were designed with luxury one-floor living in mind providing homeowners with a peaceful oasis where lifestyle and luxury are at the forefront.
With its location in St. Davids (and away from the southern tourist district), Courtland Valley Estates offers a central location to many amenities. Just being in Niagara means shopping and theaters are minutes away in Niagara-on-the-Lake, and the Niagara River Parkway with its scenic views and biking trails is just around the corner.
Townes on St. Paul
Townes on St. Paul is an 18 unit condominium townhome development located next to rural Niagara escarpment lands in close proximity to the City of Niagara Falls north end business district. In 2001, Langendoen Homes developed Willow Landing, Welland’s newest townhome community. Willow Landing was built as an exclusive enclave of distinctive bungalows featuring affordable luxury amenities including all brick exteriors, open concept layouts, gas fireplaces, central air conditioning and more. Each plan was designed to give the buyer the greatest use of living area, along with the spacious feeling of nine-foot ceilings.
Langendoen developed Willow Landing with the concept that no townhome is the same – each interior could be customized to reflect individual preferences. The marketing of it was: Go ahead – add a guest bedroom loft, re-design your kitchen, move walls – the options are limitless! The exterior finishes of each townhome were professionally pre-selected by a professional design consultant utilizing a variety of brick, stone, stucco and paint colours to create a consistent yet varied theme of elegant facades.
Willow Landing was nestled in a picturesque setting adjacent to Welland’s recreational waterway parklands. Willow Landing offered the best of two worlds – the tranquility of nature and the benefits of city living. It featured the unparalleled convenience of having a shopping mall, restaurants, medical clinic, full service grocery store and nature trails – all just a short stroll away! Centrally located in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula, Willow Landing also afforded proximity to many world-class attractions and over 34 local golf courses.
At the time Willow Landing was the newest project planned, researched, developed and built by Langendoen Homes. It’s creation was another example of the attention to detail that is a hallmark of the Langendoen Homes tradition since 1955.
With the Willow Landing project, Langendoen Homes further evolved the innovative design elements that were the basis of the outstanding success of their most recently “sold out” townhome project – Fonthill’s Beckett Mills. Willow Landing was a continuation of the builder’s dedication to build homes with a level of quality, openness and flexibility ideally suited to discriminating, mature buyers.
Features of Willow Landing included:
In 2001, Langendoen Homes embarked on the development of Welland’s newest semi-detached bungalow project, Britannia row. These semi detached properties were built in the price range of $136,900 to $152,900 and were conveniently located minutes from the Seaway Mall and the Welland Recreational Waterway parklands.

Langendoen Homes presents old-fashioned quality and turn-of-the-century charm in a new neighbourhood of unique homes. When we found this beautiful site – a secluded, wooded ravine near the lake – we knew it deserved a special development, which would fit naturally into the setting. Working with an architect, we created Victorian Gables, traditional homes for today’s families. Styled and detailed with charming touches of Victoriana, these homes are attractive and appealing. They are planned for comfortable living and practical use, and they are built with care. As homebuilders, we have always stressed traditional values: quality craftsmanship, close attention to detail and honest effort. These values are built into the homes of Victorian Gables, and into every Langendoen home. Now we – Cor and André Langendoen, your builders – are very proud to invite you and your family to step back in time, to a future of quality. Welcome to the new homes and old-fashioned values of Victorian Gables.
