Townes on St. Paul Condominiums

Townes on St. Paul is an 18 unit condominium townhome development located next to rural Niagara escarpment lands in close proximity to the City of Niagara Falls north end business district. The condominium style ownership was developed with the concept that no more time needed to be wasted on exterior maintenance and more time was available for leisure activities. The townhomes were custom designed by award-winning architect Joseph Colonna. The plans carefully balanced spaciousness and elegance to provide an affordable home with the quality and craftsmanship generally associated with a larger custom home. All exterior material and colour selections were pre-selected to enhance the unique character of the site.

Willson Crossing in Fonthill

Willson Crossing in Fonthill was proof that good things come in small packages. The development focused on being a secluded enclave of 40 detached bungalows nestled in a quiet community. Expanding on the benefits that were initiated at Willow Landing in Welland, Willson Crossing offered enhanced living space inside with minimal upkeep outside. Geared towards empty nesters this development focused on main floor living with many modern conveniences including models featuring either single, 1.5 or double garages.

Willow Landing

Willow LandingIn 2001, Langendoen Homes developed Willow Landing, Welland’s newest townhome community. Willow Landing was built as an exclusive enclave of distinctive bungalows featuring affordable luxury amenities including all brick exteriors, open concept layouts, gas fireplaces, central air conditioning and more. Each plan was designed to give the buyer the greatest use of living area, along with the spacious feeling of nine-foot ceilings.

Langendoen developed Willow Landing with the concept that no townhome is the same – each interior could be customized to reflect individual preferences. The marketing of it was: Go ahead – add a guest bedroom loft, re-design your kitchen, move walls – the options are limitless! The exterior finishes of each townhome were professionally pre-selected by a professional design consultant utilizing a variety of brick, stone, stucco and paint colours to create a consistent yet varied theme of elegant facades.

Willow Landing was nestled in a picturesque setting adjacent to Welland’s recreational waterway parklands. Willow Landing offered the best of two worlds – the tranquility of nature and the benefits of city living. It featured the unparalleled convenience of having a shopping mall, restaurants, medical clinic, full service grocery store and nature trails – all just a short stroll away! Centrally located in the heart of the Niagara Peninsula, Willow Landing also afforded proximity to many world-class attractions and over 34 local golf courses.

At the time Willow Landing was the newest project planned, researched, developed and built by Langendoen Homes. It’s creation was another example of the attention to detail that is a hallmark of the Langendoen Homes tradition since 1955.

With the Willow Landing project, Langendoen Homes further evolved the innovative design elements that were the basis of the outstanding success of their most recently “sold out” townhome project – Fonthill’s Beckett Mills.
